SchoolOps ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SchoolOps mobile application and web portal (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g. Supabase for database hosting, Firebase for push notifications). All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security policies, and role-based access controls to protect your data. Each school's data is stored in an isolated database schema.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
SchoolOps is intended for use by schools, parents, and guardians. Student data is entered by authorised school staff and is only accessible to the student's linked guardians and the school. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13.
